Submitting the quote form does not create, and is not evidence of, an insurance contract, a binder, or any coverage of any kind. Coverage exists only when a licensed representative confirms it with you directly, in writing.
Nothing on this site is individualized insurance, legal, or tax advice. The coverage descriptions here are general information about what a type of policy typically does, not a description of your specific policy or your specific situation. Passport services
StartSmart is not a government agency, is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, and is not an authorised passport acceptance facility. What we provide is help preparing your application.
The information you give us
When you submit the quote form, you're telling us it's accurate and it's yours to give. We rely on what you tell us to respond to you; we don't independently verify it before getting in touch.
Reviews shown on this site
The reviews on our Reviews section are real, taken verbatim from our public Google Business Profile, and attributed to the person who wrote them. We display the rating Google reports; we don't compute it ourselves, and we don't edit or select which reviews appear based on what they say.
Links to other places
This site links to our Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, and lets you open a conversation with us on WhatsApp. Those are run by Meta and Google, not us. Once you leave startsmartpa.net for one of them, their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.
Ownership
The StartSmart name, logo, and the text, photographs, and design on this site belong to StartSmart Insurance & Consulting LLC or are used with the permission of whoever owns them. You're welcome to link to this site. Copying the content or the design elsewhere without asking first isn't.
No guarantee this site is uninterrupted or error-free
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be online, current, or free of mistakes. If you find an error, especially in a coverage description or a credential, tell us and we'll fix it.
